1. Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests will only be considered if the request is made within 2 days of purchasing the service.
Cancellation requests will not be entertained once the service has been scheduled or work has already begun. You can still choose to discontinue the service, but no refund will be provided for the hours worked.
2. Non-Cancellable Services
Services related to consultations, training, or custom development cannot be cancelled once initiated.
However, if the quality of the service provided is unsatisfactory, you can request a rework or a partial refund after evaluating the service quality.
3. Service Not As Expected
If the service received does not meet your expectations or the terms agreed upon, please inform our customer service within 2 days.
We will review your complaint and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a revision or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues with the service provided, please contact our support team within 2 days of receiving the service.
Our team will investigate the issue and work towards a resolution, which could include troubleshooting or a service revision if necessary.
5. Warranty on Services
If your service comes with a warranty or support period, please reach out to our support team for further assistance or issue resolution within the warranty timeframe.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved for any service, it will be processed within 2 days by KENZ Automotive.
